He holds a Bachelor of commerce Finance option, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and Member of the Institute of Internal Auditor (IIA). CPA Geoffrey Macharia is an innovative and resourceful Partner with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams through a strategic direction. He possesses excellent technical ability to establish sustainable relationships with clients, staff and the stakeholders of the firm and adds substantial value throughout the interactions.
CPA Geoffrey is an audit & tax expert. He is well versed with the International Standards on Auditing, the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as well as local tax laws. Geoffrey has spent several years advising organizations and companies in the profit and not for profit sectors and has extensive experience in Taxation for organizations in the financial services and commercial sectors.

CPA David Kairu is a partner at Mshauri and head of advisory services, internal and forensic Audit. He holds a Bachelor of commerce degree, Finance option, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and Member of Association of Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE).
CPA Kairu has an in-depth knowledge in public sector accounting especially in the implementation of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).
